West Sketches

I’ve been leveling my druid for a couple of weeks.  I have almost maxed out his pvp gear.  So I think I might be at a good stopping point with WOW so I can actually start on my drawing projects.  I haven’t yet gotten my drawing desk but I think I may draw on the island in the kitchen, I have good flourecent lighting in there I just need a tall enough chair I guess.  It’ll also be easier to set up the camera to be able to tape with.  Finished a tattoo with my sweets last night too, seems like we have a talent for this sort of thing.  I’ve been kinda teaching myself as I do my drawing as well and have picked up tattoo work from word of mouth.  I’ve tried not to advertise it because I wasn’t exactly sure if that was something I wanted to do all the time.

My girl friend seems to enjoy it pretty much, could be her calling   I’ve got other things on my plate I’ve been thinking about and worrying over but I think that it may pan out.  Time will tell…  I’ve been designing websites as well guess you could label that with Art work couldn’t you?  So far I’ve designed http://www.carolinalanes.com http://www.theskateeum.com http://www.westsketches.com http://www.mikefixpc.com so I’m getting the hang of it so far.  I’m using a program called Artisteer which is a program that can randomly generate CSS and a graphics for wordpress sites and let you save them as themes.  Pretty nifty program, I can just hit random till I see a page that catches my eye and then I can modify to my liking.  If you have a wordpress site and you would like to create your own theme I would really recommend you get the program.  I know they offer a trial but the trial puts watermarks all over the graphics of the site you create till you purchase the program but it would be fun to see what you create right?
